Experienced personnel consultants work for us as consultants or senior consultants or assume responsibility as managers for the development of our own customer base, the support of selected key accounts or the management of several consultants. As Business Unit Managers, colleagues with strong acquisition skills who are already established in the target market are responsible for their own team.
Graduates with a master’s or bachelor’s degree enter as Junior Consultants. Through close cooperation with a senior consultant, you will get to know all the necessary basics and be involved in customer projects right from the start. Students from the dual system, working students and trainees are also integrated in the middle of the project and have professionally experienced colleagues who support them.
Our assistants work hand in hand with several consulting colleagues in a business unit and accompany our customer projects from an administrative and organizational perspective.
