Why the Equality Initiative?
Teams in which people with different perspectives work together are more agile and deliver better results, especially when it comes to complex tasks and when working in a dynamic environment. Equality, equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion not only increase Hager UB’s attractiveness among candidates and satisfaction among our own employees, but also enhance the quality of our advisory services.
What is our goal?
We want employees of different genders, ages, backgrounds and lifestyles to have the chance to develop optimally at Hager Unternehmensberatung and to be able to contribute their talents and motivation to the organisation in a way that adds maximum value. We realise that this is something that doesn’t just happen on its own and because we want it to, but rather requires the raising of awareness about unconscious barriers, by modifying our culture and by developing work environments, career models, etc. that are fair to people from all kinds of different backgrounds.
What is our self-image?
At Hager Unternehmensberatung, we understand equality to mean the promotion of equal opportunities and equal rights as well as family friendliness. For us, this includes diversity and inclusion in equal measure and is the cornerstone of our actions. All throughout the company, we are continuously reflecting, questioning, improving and training our attitudes, mindset and competences. For us, equal opportunities are a question of business ethics, but above all a way to further increase the quality of our work and thus the success of our clients.
How do our clients benefit from Equality?
We want to support and accompany our clients in setting up their own management teams heterogeneously and increasing the quota of women at management level and in boardrooms.
Our goal is to find the best possible candidates and the optimal team composition to generate the decisive added value for everyone.
